Beth joined Hybrid Mom in 2006 and was instrumental in creating the Hybrid Mom brand. Highlights of her job include uncovering moms who have found creative ways to blend work, life and family, enlightening her readers on how do the same, and trying to find the happy medium for herself. Beth enjoys reading, creative baking to rival that of Cupcake Wars, traveling, exploring ways to ignore the barking of her Yorkie Poo, and finding the perfect slice of pizza. She lives on Long Island with her husband of 17 years and her 9-year-old daughter, Jenna.

Maureen Dempsey is Hybrid Mom's executive editor, focusing on family & parenting and life & style content. Prior to Hybrid Mom, Maureen was web editor at Vogue.com and executive editor at YourTango.com. She has also held editorial positions at Marie Claire, Shop Etc., and Fast Company. She lives in Brooklyn, New York, with her husband and three-year-old daughter.
