Fantastic! It was truely refreshing to read an article that pinpoints the steps to becoming a top earner. These are sage words that will create an opportunity to profile your strengths, and showcase your brilliance. If you believe so will those responsible for your income level ... be positive, think positively, and record your efforts - sage advise. As moms we always tell our children that the words "can't do it" are swear words. So, why is it that we don't live by this mantra? Here's our open door, shall we walk through it girls?!?!! - Tracy

It has also become a popular trend as moms make a go of it to work from home that they under price themselves! It's easy to be eager to "get your name out there" and do all sorts of work for free but in doing so, YOU are under valuing yourself just like the corporation did that you quit! You are worth it so set a price and stick with it. If you feel your information is of value, so will the other party! If they are not interested in paying you then move on. Your time with family is too important! - A Mom in Red High Heels

Try ENTREPRENEURSHIP !

It's so hard to be in a position of 'waiting for a raise' or 'hoping for that promotion.' Women who are tired of defending their worth and validating their own strengths to others should try working for THEMSELVES. It's such a liberating feeling to take charge of your own destiny! While you won't get any more 'pats on the back' from a boss, the gratification is well worth the risk! Look into turning a passion or an interest into a worthwhile business, and with some hard work and planning, you will be in charge of your OWN destiny, rather than waiting for that annual raise or quarterly bonus. It may be tough at first, but entrepreneurship offers so much, especially for women who also want to raise a family, but find it difficult to juggle their schedules. You only live once! GO FOR IT! - Mary Davis, Author, The Entrepreneurial Mom
