Women who are tired of defending their worth and validating their own strengths to others should try working for THEMSELVES. It's such a liberating feeling to take charge of your own destiny! While you won't get any more 'pats on the back' from a boss, the gratification is well worth the risk! Look into turning a passion or an interest into a worthwhile business, and with some hard work and planning, you will be in charge of your OWN destiny, rather than waiting for that annual raise or quarterly bonus.
